At JellyRollFabric, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home textile and fabric purchases. If your order isn't a perfect fit for your project, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused fabric strips or home goods in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
